We have three private spaces, each with its own feel — and the same kitchen and service team behind every one of them. Corporate dinners, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, or just an evening where you want the room to yourself. Tell us what you’re looking for, and we’ll build a menu around it.

The Private Dining Room

Our Private Dining Room accommodates up to 24 guests in an elegant, semi-private space within the restaurant. The room features a dedicated service team and can be configured for seated dinners, cocktail receptions, or a combination of both. Choose from a Family Style Dinner (3, 4, or 5 courses) or a Plated Dinner (3 or 4 courses). Sample menus feature dishes like Fresh Oysters with Traditional Accompaniments, Poached King Crab with Caviar Beurre Blanc, Seared Diver Scallops, Braised Beef Short Rib with Robuchon Potatoes and Barolo Glaze, Prime Ribeye, Australian Lamb Chop, and Baked Alaska. A la carte additions include Custom Cake, Audiovisual, and Flowers. A final guest count is required seven days before the event.

The Gangster Room

Six seats, right behind the glass of our dry-aging room. Prime cuts hanging on the rack in front of you while you eat. Dine from 5 to 11pm — order off the regular menu, or book the Butcher’s Feast: a multi-course experience built around a Seafood Tower, Tableside Steak Tartare, Crab Cake, Roasted Bone Marrow, Japanese A5 Strip Loin, Snake River Farms Eye of the Rib, Prime New York Strip, Dry-Aged Bone-In Ribeye, and Tableside Baked Alaska.

Exclusive Gangster Room beverage experiences include Tableside Martini Service, Tableside Old Fashioned, a curated Whiskey Tasting, Sommelier Coursed Wine Pairing, and the Gangster Coursed Wine Pairing. All selections are curated by our Bar Manager and must be confirmed 7 days prior to reservation.

Full Restaurant Buyouts

Take over the whole restaurant — dining room, bar, and all private spaces — for up to 70 guests. Holiday parties, rehearsal dinners, milestone celebrations. The place is yours for the night.
