We have three private spaces, each with its own feel, and the same kitchen and service team behind every one of them. Corporate dinners, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, or just an evening where you want the room to yourself. Tell us what you’re looking for, and we’ll build a menu around it.
The Private Dining Room
Our Private Dining Room accommodates up to 24 guests in an elegant, private space within the restaurant. A long window runs along one side of the room, offering a clear view into the kitchen so guests can watch the cooking unfold. A shade can be drawn down at any point, turning the room fully private.
The room features a dedicated service team and can be configured for seated dinners, cocktail receptions, or a combination of both. Choose from a Family Style Dinner (3, 4, or 5 courses) or a Plated Dinner (3 or 4 courses). Sample menus feature dishes like Fresh Oysters with Traditional Accompaniments, Poached King Crab with Caviar Beurre Blanc, Seared Diver Scallops, Braised Beef Short Rib with Robuchon Potatoes and Barolo Glaze, Prime Ribeye, Australian Lamb Chop, and Baked Alaska. A la carte additions include Custom Cake, Audiovisual, and Flowers. A final guest count is required seven days before the event.
The Gangster Room
Hidden behind the glass of our in-house dry-aging room, The Gangster Room is the most exclusive table at Crawford Brothers. Seating just six guests, this one-of-a-kind experience surrounds you with rows of aging prime beef while offering an intimate setting unlike anywhere else in the restaurant. Whether celebrating a milestone, entertaining clients, or gathering with close friends, The Gangster Room was designed for unforgettable evenings centered around exceptional food, remarkable wine, and genuine hospitality.
Guests may enjoy the full Crawford Brothers dinner menu or reserve The Butcher’s Feast, our signature multi-course dining experience showcasing the very best of our kitchen. The feast features a Seafood Tower, Tableside Steak Tartare, Crab Cake, Roasted Bone Marrow, Japanese A5 Strip Loin, Snake River Farms Eye of Rib, Prime New York Strip, Dry-Aged Bone-In Ribeye, and finishes with our signature Baked Alaska.
To elevate the experience even further, The Gangster Room offers exclusive tableside beverage presentations curated by our Bar Manager and Sommelier, including Tableside Martini Service, a Tableside Old Fashioned, Curated Whiskey Tastings, Sommelier-Guided Wine Pairings, and our signature Gangster Wine Pairing. Beverage experiences are selected in advance to create a seamless, personalized evening and must be confirmed at least seven days before your reservation.
