Can Crawford Brothers host a holiday party?
Yes. We host holiday dinners and corporate events throughout the season — from small team gatherings of 6 in the Gangster Room to full restaurant buyouts for up to 70 guests. Every event is led by the culinary team of James Beard-nominated Chef Scott Crawford, with custom menus built for the occasion. November and December book quickly, so we recommend reaching out early.
What are the private dining options?
Three configurations. The Private Dining Room seats up to 24 — ideal for a department dinner or client appreciation event. The Gangster Room seats 6 behind the glass wall of our dry-aging room — an experience your team will talk about long after the holidays. Full restaurant buyouts accommodate up to 70 guests with exclusive use of the dining room, bar, and all private spaces. Each option comes with a dedicated service team.
What does a corporate dinner menu look like?
We offer Family Style (3, 4, or 5 courses) and Plated (3 or 4 courses) formats. Sample dishes include Fresh Oysters, Poached King Crab with Caviar Beurre Blanc, Prime Ribeye, Dry-Aged Bone-In Ribeye, Australian Lamb Chop, and Baked Alaska. We build every menu to fit the group — dietary restrictions, preferences, and budget are all part of the conversation. Beverage packages are available with wine, cocktails, or both.
When should I book for the holidays?
As early as possible. Our Private Dining Room and full buyout dates for November and December begin filling by late September. For the best availability, reach out 6 to 8 weeks before your preferred date. The Gangster Room is available nightly but books up fast during the holiday season — 2 to 4 weeks advance notice is recommended.
Is Crawford Brothers a good fit for a client dinner?
It is exactly what a client dinner should be. Prime dry-aged steaks, a curated wine list, and a setting that says something about how you do business. The Gangster Room — dining behind the glass of our aging room — is a conversation piece that makes the evening memorable. For larger groups, the Private Dining Room offers a polished, semi-private space with dedicated service.

401 Fenton Gateway Dr., Cary, NC 27511 — inside Fenton, right on the Cary-Raleigh line. We are 12 minutes from downtown Raleigh, 10 minutes from RTP, and 25 minutes from Durham. Free parking in the Fenton garage. Easy access for teams coming from offices across the Triangle.
