What is the Gangster Room?
An exclusive 6-seat table positioned behind the glass wall of our in-house dry-aging room at Crawford Brothers in the Fenton district of Cary, NC. You dine surrounded by prime cuts aging on the rack, watching the program that makes our beef exceptional. The room is available nightly from 5 to 11pm. If you’re looking for private dining in Cary, this is the only table of its kind in the Triangle.
Is the Gangster Room good for a birthday or private celebration?
It is one of the best private dining experiences in Cary and the Triangle for exactly that. Birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, or just an evening where you want to feel like the only table in the house. Six seats, red marble, the dry-aging room behind glass, and a dedicated team. Minutes from Northwest Raleigh, Apex, and Morrisville — it does not get more personal than this.
What is the Butcher’s Feast?
A multi-course experience designed to showcase everything we do: Seafood Tower, Tableside Steak Tartare, Crab Cake, Roasted Bone Marrow, Japanese A5 Strip Loin, Snake River Farms Eye of the Rib, Prime New York Strip, Dry-Aged Bone-In Ribeye, and Tableside Baked Alaska for dessert. The full journey takes about three hours and tells the story of our kitchen.
What drink experiences are available?
Tableside Martini Service, Tableside Old Fashioned, curated Whiskey Tasting, Sommelier Coursed Wine Pairing, and the Gangster Coursed Wine Pairing — all designed by our Bar Manager. All pairings are curated to complement the Butcher’s Feast. Confirm your selections 7 days before your reservation so we have time to prepare.
How do I book the Gangster Room?
Reserve through Tock or contact bryan@crawfordbrotherssteakhouse.com. We recommend booking 2 to 4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends. The room is available for birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, corporate dinners, or any night you want something exceptional.
Can I order from the regular menu instead?
Yes. The Gangster Room has full access to our dinner menu. The Butcher’s Feast is optional. Some guests prefer to order à la carte and simply enjoy the atmosphere of dining behind the glass, watching the steaks age while they eat.
