Father’s Day at Crawford Brothers
September 2025
A Real Steakhouse for Father’s Day
Father’s Day calls for a real steakhouse—not a chain, not a compromise. Crawford Brothers in Fenton, Cary delivers exactly that. Prime dry-aged cuts under glass, bourbon that reads like a manifesto, and the kind of room that lets a father breathe. This is where to land.
The Steaks: Dry-Aged and Visible
Walk in and you see it immediately—our dry-aging program behind glass walls. Thirty-five to forty-five-day prime beef hanging in controlled conditions, darkening and concentrating. The steaks that come from that glass come aged exactly right—mineral, nutty, with a crust that takes a sear like it’s supposed to. For Father’s Day, order a dry-aged ribeye or bone-in strip. The difference between this and supermarket beef exists because this beef has had time to become itself—less water, more flavor.
The Bourbon Program
Beverage Director Jordan Joseph doesn’t do volume. He does intention. The bourbon and whiskey program is built on cocktails that matter—the CB Old Fashioned is the template. The Port of Spain follows close. Both are Father’s Day staples. The wine list runs over 300 bottles.
The Gangster Room
Six seats. Behind the dry-aging glass. The Gangster Room is intimate—the kind of space where a Father’s Day dinner becomes something he remembers. You can request it for your reservation. The rest of the dining room runs open and airy—high ceilings, visible kitchen, bar sightlines.
