Discover the Crawford Hospitality Restaurant Family
Chef Scott Crawford has built something rare in the Raleigh-Cary dining scene: a restaurant group that celebrates quality, family, and singular culinary vision across six distinct concepts. Crawford Hospitality restaurants span from downtown Raleigh to RDU Airport, offering everything from prime dry-aged steaks and French bistro fare to Adriatic seafood and intimate wine experiences. Each restaurant stands on its own merit, but together they represent a philosophy: that great food is family business, and that the region deserves excellence at every level.

This is where the Crawford Hospitality story started. Modern American cuisine in the heart of downtown Raleigh.

Our in-house dry-aging program, 300+ bottle wine list, and private dining spaces make it the premier destination for business and special occasions. Open daily 5pm–10pm.
Brodeto
Adriatic Italian & Croatian seafood. At 2201 Iron Works Drive in Raleigh, Brodeto showcases Chef Crawford’s passion for Mediterranean coastal cooking. The wood-fired grill, legendary brodeto stew, and traditional peka preparations bring the Adriatic to North Carolina.
Bar Sousterre
