Can Crawford Brothers host a rehearsal dinner or wedding reception?
Yes. We host rehearsal dinners and wedding receptions regularly — from intimate groups of 10 in the Private Dining Room to full restaurant buyouts for up to 70 guests. Every event is led by the culinary team of James Beard-nominated Chef Scott Crawford, with custom menus built around your preferences and vision for the evening.
How many guests can you accommodate?
The Private Dining Room seats up to 24 for a seated dinner or cocktail reception. Full restaurant buyouts accommodate up to 70 guests with exclusive use of the dining room, bar, and all private spaces. Both options work well for rehearsal dinners and wedding receptions of any size.
What does the menu look like?
We offer Family Style (3, 4, or 5 courses) or Plated (3 or 4 courses) options. Sample dishes include Fresh Oysters, Poached King Crab, Seared Diver Scallops, Prime Ribeye, Dry-Aged Bone-In Ribeye, Australian Lamb Chop, and Baked Alaska for dessert. We build custom menus for every event based on your preferences, dietary considerations, and the story you want to tell.
What about beverage packages for a wedding event?
We offer curated beverage packages for rehearsal dinners and receptions — from wine pairings designed by our Head Sommelier to full open bar options with our signature cocktails. The CB Old Fashioned and Port of Spain are guest favorites. Our Beverage Director Jordan Joseph will work with you to build a package that fits the evening.
How far in advance should I book?
For the Private Dining Room, 2 to 4 weeks is ideal. For full restaurant buyouts, 4 to 6 weeks. Wedding season (May through October) and holiday weekends fill up faster, so book earlier if possible during those times.
Where is Crawford Brothers located?
401 Fenton Gateway Dr., Cary, NC 27511 — inside Fenton, right on the Cary-Raleigh line. We are 12 minutes from downtown Raleigh, 15 minutes from North Hills, and 25 minutes from Durham. Free parking in the Fenton garage. For wedding parties staying at hotels in Raleigh or RTP, we are an easy drive with no downtown traffic to navigate.
